At Debelleo, we are committed to providing you with a hassle-free returns and exchange process.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's what you need to know:
Easy Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are only applicable to items purchased directly from www.debelleo.com

Returns and exchanges are only valid for orders shipped within the United States of America. Returns and exchanges on International orders are not accepted.

A return must be initiated within 14 days. All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- If you have purchased an item that is automatically discounted or using a discount code, it is only eligible for merchandise credit to www.debelleo.com
The credit will be provided in form of a digital e-gift card. Sale items are still subject to the 14 day return window. - All items marked as final sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All mirrors are made to order and are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@debelleo.com or fill out our convenient contact form on our contact page. We'll follow up with next step instructions.
Shipping and Return Instructions:
- Once you request a return, a pre-paid return label will be issued to you.
- It is highly recommended to use the provided pre-paid label as return shipping charges incurred outside of our pre-paid return label is not Debelleo's responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Items must be dropped off at the courier service indicated on the return label.
- Customer is responsible to properly and securely pack the item(s) for return.
- For discounted items, Debelleo will not refund return label charges.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval. Item must be returned in original condition, in original packaging, and unused. Once approved, you can expect the refund to be processed within 1-3 business days returning to your original payment method.
On discounted items, you can expect to receive an e-gift card to the provided E-mail within 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that the refund may take some time to appear in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time. If more than 5-8 business days have passed since we approved your return, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@debelleo.com.
Damages:
We want to make things right in case you receive a damaged item. If this happens, please inspect your order when received and contact us within 2 days of delivery. We'll assess the issue and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
For replacements or refunds, these steps must be followed:
- Please take photos of all damaged items individually clearly showing the damage.
- Please take photos of all the damaged items together to show the total count of damaged items all in one picture.
- Take photos of the box in which the items were received in. If the box is damaged, please ensure that the damage is shown in the photo.
- Photos must be E-mailed to support@debelleo.com within 2 days of delivery.
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 2 hours from the order date and time.
